Privacy Policy

Barakah Flows collects only what it needs to answer your enquiry and run this website. There is no tracking here: no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no cookies. What follows is a plain description of what happens to anything you send.

01

Information we collect

Almost everything this website knows about you is something you typed into it. The contact form asks for your name, your email address and a description of the problem you want solved. It also has optional fields for your business name and website address. Anything you write in the message itself is included as well, so please only put in what you are comfortable sending by email.

The contact page also asks two short questions — what kind of business you run, and what is costing you the most time or opportunities. If you answer them, those answers are sent to us, and they are sent whether or not you go on to submit the form. They arrive on their own, with no name or contact details attached, alongside the page you were on and the address of the site that linked you here, if there was one.

Like any website, this one is served by a web host that keeps its own standard server logs, which normally include IP addresses and the pages requested. Those logs are created by the hosting infrastructure rather than by us, and we do not analyse them or build any profile from them.

02

How we use it

To reply to you, to talk about the work you are asking about, to arrange a conversation if you want one, and to keep an ordinary record of our correspondence. The two short questions help us understand which problems bring people here, so the site describes them better.

We do not sell personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and nothing on this site profiles you or makes automated decisions about you.

03

What happens to an enquiry

It becomes an email. When you submit the form, the website sends the contents to the Barakah Flows inbox and keeps no copy of its own — there is no database behind this site, and submissions are not written to any file on the server.

That email is delivered through Gmail, so the message passes through and is stored on Google’s systems in the same way any email to a Gmail address would be. The two short questions described above are sent by the same route, as a separate message.

To stop the form being used to flood the inbox, the server briefly keeps a one-way scrambled version of your IP address alongside a count of recent submissions. It is discarded after about an hour and cannot be turned back into your IP address. If sending fails, an error line is written to the server’s log so the fault can be found.

04

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Information is handled by the providers needed to run the site and reply to you: the company that hosts the website, and Google for email. Each processes it under their own terms. We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

05

Booking a call

The “Book a call” buttons take you to Cal.com, a separate scheduling service. Using it is entirely optional — you can email or use the contact form instead.

If you do book, anything you enter there is collected by Cal.com and handled under their privacy policy, not this one. We receive the booking details they pass on to us, and we have no control over their systems.

06

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. It stores nothing in your browser’s local storage, and there is no analytics package, tag manager, advertising pixel or session-recording tool anywhere on it.

The typefaces are served from this website’s own server rather than from a font provider, so simply reading a page here does not report anything to anyone else. If that ever changes, this section changes with it.

07

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purpose they were sent for — answering you, doing the work if we go ahead, and keeping normal business records. Where we are required to keep records for a set period, we keep them for that period.

If you would like your enquiry deleted, ask and we will remove it, unless we are required to keep it.

08

Security

The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and the credentials used to send mail are stored outside the public area of the server. We take reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information, but no method of transmitting or storing information over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

09

Your choices

You can ask what you have sent us, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask how any of this works, and you will get a straight answer.

Email barakahflowsai@gmail.com and say what you would like. There is nothing to sign up for here, so there is no account to close and no mailing list to leave.

10

Links to other websites

Where this site links somewhere else, that site is run by someone else and has its own privacy practices. This policy covers only Barakah Flows.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the website, the services or the relevant legal requirements change. The date below always shows the current version.
