“Basement is flooding. Do you have anyone available tonight?”
Work comes in.Your systems should move it.
I build websites, AI receptionists and automations that respond to leads, handle calls, book work and connect the tools behind your business.
Edmonton, AlbertaWorking with businesses across Canada
- Missed call from Ellery Vance at 9:41 pm, a Restoration business: “Basement is flooding. Do you have anyone available tonight?”
- Understood as Urgency, Emergency, tonight; Service, Water damage; Caller, New customer.
- Acted on: Called back within the minute; On-call tech alerted; Customer record created.
- Done: Emergency visit booked. Your on-call tech has the address before they are dressed.
Good work doesn’t lose customers. Broken handoffs do.
Most service businesses don’t need another app. They need fewer things falling between enquiries, staff, quotes, follow-ups and completed jobs.

They tell others
These aren’t AI problems. They’re process gaps.
I build the systems that close them.
What I build
Three things I build. One system underneath them.
AI-ready websites
Websites that capture information and send it where it actually needs to go.
Explore websitesAI agents & customer systems
Systems that answer, understand, qualify, book or route customer enquiries.

The retyping, chasing and copying between business systems — automated.

The approach
Start with the business. Then decide what should exist.
I don’t start with an AI tool and look for somewhere to put it. I start with how the work moves through your business, and where it stops moving.
What that turns into varies. Sometimes a website. Sometimes an agent answering the phone. Sometimes an automation between two tools you already pay for. Sometimes the honest answer is that the process needs fixing before any software is worth building.
The technology is the last decision, not the first.
Tell me what is breaking.
You do not need to know what technology you need. Describe what is slowing the business down and I'll work backwards from there.
